Payment Process

Depending on the ordering workflow:

Direct Order:
Customer → Checkout → Payment → Order Placed

Approval Order:
Branch Manager → Submit for Approval → Owner Approval → Payment → Order Placed

The B2B portal requirements identify Razorpay and PhonePe as proposed payment gateway options, with the final gateway dependent on business and technical considerations.

Payment Confirmation

An order requiring payment will be considered successfully placed after payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment gateway/system.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or remains incomplete, the order may remain in a payment-pending state until the issue is resolved.

Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their respective terms and privacy policies may also apply.
